Aramex Hits Record-Breaking Q2 Revenue Amid Freight Surge

Wed, Aug 5, 2026(45d ago)Business

Aramex has achieved a historic milestone, reporting its highest quarterly revenue ever in the second quarter of 2026. With a 22 percent year-on-year increase to Dh1.83 billion, the logistics giant demonstrated remarkable agility, particularly within its freight forwarding division, which also reached an all-time revenue peak. Despite the logistical challenges currently affecting the Middle East, the company successfully navigated supply chain disruptions by pivoting to alternative land, air, and sea routes, ensuring that its operations remained seamless and efficient.

This strong top-line performance was matched by a significant boost in profitability, with net profits soaring seven-fold to Dh47.4 million compared to the previous year. Group CEO Amadou Diallo credited this success to the company’s resilient business model and the effective execution of its "Accelerate28" transformation strategy, which focuses on disciplined cost management and operational efficiency. With stable international express volumes and a robust cash position, Aramex appears well-positioned to maintain this momentum and continue its growth trajectory throughout the remainder of the year.
