Guru Nanak Darbar Dubai Restores Standard Operational Hours

Sun, Jun 21, 2026(2h ago)UAE

Following a period of uncertainty caused by regional tensions, the Guru Nanak Darbar in Dubai has officially announced that it will return to its standard operating hours starting Saturday, June 20, 2026. This move marks a significant step toward normalcy, as the gurudwara moves away from the restricted schedule that was implemented as a safety measure during the conflict. Worshippers will now be welcomed back between 4:30 am and 8:30 pm, effectively restoring full access for the community.

The decision comes in the wake of the recent peace agreement between the US and Iran, which has helped stabilize the region and allowed daily life to resume its usual rhythm. While the gurudwara had previously limited its doors to a 6 am–6 pm window, management has confirmed that all routine religious programming and community services will now proceed according to their original schedules. This shift serves as a welcome sign of the broader recovery and stability being experienced across the UAE.
