UAE Weather Update: Partly Cloudy Skies With Highs Reaching 41°C

Fri, Jul 10, 2026(5h ago)UAE

Residents across the UAE can look forward to a blend of sun and clouds this Friday, July 10, as the National Centre of Meteorology predicts mostly partly cloudy conditions. While the skies will remain fairly clear for most, those in the northern and eastern regions may see an increase in cloud cover throughout the day. Temperatures will stay on the warmer side, with Dubai reaching a peak of 41°C and Abu Dhabi seeing a high of 40°C, while Sharjah is expected to be slightly warmer at 42°C.

As the sun sets, the atmosphere is set to turn humid, especially along the coastal stretches, lasting into Saturday morning. Winds will remain relatively gentle, moving at speeds between 10 and 25 kmph, though they may occasionally pick up to 35 kmph in certain spots. Meanwhile, maritime conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea will range from slight to moderate. This follows a sweltering Thursday, during which Al Ain recorded the country's highest temperature of 47.3°C.
