Samsung Launches On-Demand Repair Service for Galaxy Users in UAE

Fri, Jun 26, 2026(13h ago)Business

Samsung has officially introduced "Samsung Care+ Now" in the UAE, a flexible repair service that removes the need for long-term protection subscriptions. Aimed at Galaxy owners who may have missed out on insurance plans, this service covers essential repairs such as cracked screens, worn-out batteries, and damaged back covers. Customers can now easily book these repairs via Samsung’s official website or at authorized service centers, ensuring they get expert assistance exactly when a problem arises rather than being tied to a recurring fee.

To make the process as convenient as possible, Samsung offers both a hassle-free pickup and delivery option, with a commitment to returning the fixed device within 72 hours at no extra cost. For those who cannot afford to be without their phone, the company has also rolled out same-day repair options at select locations. Every repair is handled by certified technicians using authentic Samsung components and includes a three-month service warranty. Additionally, the platform is integrated with Samsung Rewards, allowing users to collect points on their repairs, further enhancing the overall customer experience.
