Aster Clinics Set for Major Expansion Across the UAE
Aster Clinics has announced an ambitious growth strategy, committing a Dh100 million investment to expand its UAE footprint to 100 facilities by 2030. This initiative comes in direct response to a significant surge in patient demand, with the network witnessing a 15 percent increase in annual footfall. To meet these needs, the company plans to launch new specialty centers while enhancing existing locations with advanced homecare, diagnostics, and personalized treatment options. Beyond physical expansion, this growth is expected to provide a major boost to the local labor market, creating over 4,100 new employment opportunities.
The expansion also features a strategic shift toward specialized, integrated care, including a "clinic within clinics" model designed to better manage chronic conditions like diabetes. By strengthening its existing expertise in areas such as physiotherapy and orthopedics, Aster aims to streamline patient access to comprehensive care. Alisha Moopen, Managing Director and Group CEO of Aster DM Healthcare, emphasized that this investment reflects the company's commitment to the UAEâs progressive healthcare landscape. By blending digital innovation with community-focused services, Aster continues to solidify its role in the outpatient sector, which currently accounts for the vast majority of healthcare interactions in the country.
