Luxury Customization: Caviar Opens Pre-orders for Future iPhone 18 Models

Mon, Aug 10, 2026(1h ago)Business

Even though Apple hasn’t officially unveiled its upcoming smartphone lineup, the luxury brand Caviar is already accepting pre-orders for highly customized versions of the iPhone 18 Pro and a rumored foldable device. The company’s new "Royal Colors" collection features lavish materials like 24K gold plating, python, and crocodile leather, with production strictly capped at only 18 units per design. These extravagant handsets are priced aggressively, starting at roughly $10,060 and climbing as high as $15,990 for the anticipated "iPhone Ultra" foldable models.

While Caviar claims to be utilizing high-precision mock-ups to craft these accessories, it is important to note that the internal specifications remain speculative. The company has published detailed hardware claims—such as specific camera resolutions and battery sizes—that occasionally contradict current industry leaks regarding Apple's future A20 chip technology. Since Apple has yet to confirm a launch event, these pre-orders serve as a bold bet on unreleased technology. Ultimately, while the craftsmanship and premium price tags are certainly tangible, the underlying hardware remains a concept until Apple makes its official announcement.
