Starting June 23, Mushrif Mall in Abu Dhabi is set to transform the visitor experience by rolling out a new AI-powered, ticketless parking system. Developed by Q Mobility in collaboration with Line Investments & Property, this "Free Flow" initiative eliminates the need for physical tickets, payment kiosks, or text messages. Instead, the system uses advanced license plate recognition technology to track vehicle entry and exit times, automatically deducting the parking fee from the driver’s Darb wallet.

This digital upgrade aims to significantly reduce congestion and improve traffic flow, making it much easier for shoppers to find available spaces. As part of a larger plan to modernize Abu Dhabi’s urban infrastructure, this rollout reflects a commitment to smarter city living. Officials from both Q Mobility and Line Investments emphasize that the system is designed to streamline operations and offer a more seamless, hassle-free journey for mall-goers. To avoid potential fines, motorists are encouraged to ensure their Darb wallets are topped up before arriving at the mall.
