Dubai’s Upcoming Cancer Hospital Receives Dh20 Million Infrastructure Boost
The Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital, set to be Dubai’s premier integrated cancer treatment center, has received a significant Dh20 million boost from the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation. This major contribution is specifically earmarked to strengthen the facility’s critical infrastructure. Through Al Gurg Group subsidiaries Scientechnic and Al Gurg Automation & Controls, the donation will facilitate the installation of advanced life-safety, emergency-evacuation, and robust power-distribution systems, ensuring the hospital meets the highest standards of operational efficiency and patient safety.
This collaboration marks a key milestone for Dubai Health, highlighting the power of public-private partnerships in advancing medical excellence. As the flagship project of the Al Jalila Foundation, the hospital is being designed to serve as a regional hub for specialized cancer care, research, and innovation. Leadership from both the Al Jalila Foundation and the Al Gurg Group emphasized that this investment goes beyond construction; it represents a commitment to the long-term future of healthcare in the UAE, ensuring that patients and their families receive world-class care within a state-of-the-art environment.
