In a move to refine how the emirate is perceived on the world stage, Dubai has established the "Dubai Media Narrative Committee." Operating under the guidance of the Dubai Media Council, this newly formed body is tasked with creating a cohesive and strategic framework for all official messaging. By aligning communication efforts across government, semi-government, and private sectors, the committee aims to counter misinformation and ensure that Dubai’s story is told with consistency, transparency, and factual accuracy.

Chaired by Mona Ghanem Al Marri, the committee serves as a central hub for coordinating media strategies and managing international engagement. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasized that this initiative is a vital step in maintaining Dubai’s competitive edge, grounding its global reputation in authentic achievements rather than noise.
