Seamless Parking at Wafi Mall: Everything You Need to Know

Mon, Aug 3, 2026(1h ago)UAE

Wafi Mall has officially transitioned to a fully ticketless parking system managed by Parkonic, streamlining the experience for all visitors. Instead of dealing with physical tickets, the system uses license plate recognition upon entry to track your stay. Payment is designed to be effortless; you can settle your fees by scanning on-site QR codes, or if you prefer a hands-off approach, the system will automatically deduct the balance from your Salik account as you exit. It is important to note that traditional parking machines and cash payments are no longer available at this location.

The parking fee structure offers the first three hours free of charge, followed by Dh15 for the 3-4 hour window and Dh10 for every additional hour. A helpful feature for frequent shoppers is the two-hour "cooling period"; if you leave and return after this time, you qualify for another three hours of free parking. However, those returning sooner will be treated as a new entry. Visitors are reminded to ensure their Salik accounts are topped up, as failure to pay can lead to fines or legal repercussions. This digital upgrade is part of Parkonic’s wider rollout, following their recent implementation of similar systems across various premium locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
