Young Authors Shine at Abu Dhabi Book Fair
At the recent Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, 150 young writers celebrated a major milestone as they officially launched their debut books. Organized by the youth publishing platform Learner Circle, this event highlighted the importance of fostering human creativity in an era increasingly defined by artificial intelligence. While the platform utilizes AI behind the scenes to streamline production and publishing, the stories themselves are entirely original, crafted by the children to ensure their unique voices remain at the forefront.
Shankar G, co-founder of Learner Circle, emphasized that the goal is to equip the next generation with the critical skill of creative thinking, which he believes will be the most sought-after asset in the future. Through structured workshops and mentorship programs, the platform encourages students to express their ideas boldly and authentically. As these young authors continue to represent their work at global events, the initiative serves as a powerful reminder that with the right support, children have the potential to produce meaningful literature that stands out in a technology-driven landscape.
