Aster DM Healthcare is set to significantly expand its footprint in the UAE through the strategic acquisition of the Dubai-based International Modern Hospital (IMH). This move is a core component of the group's ambitious growth strategy, which includes a total investment commitment exceeding Dh1 billion over the coming five years. By integrating IMH into its existing network, Aster aims to fortify its service capabilities in one of the Middle East’s most dynamic and competitive healthcare markets.

Pending final regulatory clearance, the acquisition will add a 116-bed multi-specialty facility located in Al Mankhool, Dubai, to Aster’s portfolio. This expansion brings the company’s total number of hospitals across the UAE to 11, further cementing its position as a leading provider in the region. The deal highlights Aster's ongoing commitment to scaling its infrastructure to meet the rising demand for high-quality medical services in the country.
