UAE weather: Cooler temperatures and possible rain showers expected

Fri, Oct 30, 2026(1h ago)UAE

The UAE is set for a pleasant day on Friday, October 30, with conditions ranging from fair to partly cloudy across the country. According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), there remains a lingering chance of rainfall, fueled in part by the ongoing influence of the El Nino phenomenon. Residents in the eastern regions should keep an eye out for convective clouds, which could bring localized rain throughout the day.

Temperatures are showing a welcome dip, with Dubai expected to see a low of 24°C, while Abu Dhabi and Sharjah will hover around 25°C. Daytime highs will reach between 34°C and 36°C across the major emirates. As the sun sets, humidity levels are expected to rise, particularly in the western areas, where mist may form by Saturday morning. Winds will remain light to moderate, reaching speeds of up to 40 km/hr, while sea conditions in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are anticipated to be relatively calm.
