UAE weather forecast: Rain chances and mild heat expected

Sun, Oct 25, 2026(1h ago)UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology has announced that Sunday will bring a mix of fair and partly cloudy skies across the UAE. While much of the country will enjoy pleasant conditions, residents in the northern and eastern regions should keep an umbrella handy, as there is a distinct possibility of convective cloud formation that could lead to localized rainfall.

In terms of temperature, the mercury is set to climb to a peak of 39°C in some parts of the country. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are expected to hit highs of 35°C, while Dubai will remain slightly cooler at 34°C. As the day transitions into night, humidity levels will rise, raising the likelihood of fog or mist forming in coastal and inland zones by Monday morning. Winds are anticipated to remain generally light to moderate, though gusts could occasionally reach up to 45kmph, keeping the seas mostly slight to moderate.
