Motorists in Dubai should take note that Parkin, the city’s primary provider of parking services, has officially rolled out paid parking in two new locations: Warsan Industrial and Dubai Islands. In Warsan Industrial, parking falls under Code 622T and is enforced daily from 8 am to 10 pm, excluding Sundays, at a rate of Dh4.20 per hour. Meanwhile, Dubai Islands now utilizes Code 101G for its parking zones, with fees applicable 24/7 at the same hourly rate.

For frequent visitors and residents, Parkin has introduced several subscription packages to help streamline costs. In Warsan Industrial, options range from a one-month pass for Dh580 to an annual membership at Dh3,460. The Dubai Islands area offers long-term subscriptions starting from a three-month plan at Dh900 up to a full year for Dh3,600. These updates come on the heels of Parkin’s recent contract renewal with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, ensuring they continue to manage over 2,800 spaces in Jumeirah Lakes Towers as they oversee a vast network of nearly 268,000 parking spots across the emirate.
