Amanat Holdings Secures Full Ownership of Cambridge Health Group

Fri, Jun 19, 2026(45d ago)Business

Amanat Holdings has finalized its total acquisition of Cambridge Health Group (CHG) after securing the final 10.03 percent stake for Dh105 million. This move marks the end of a strategic, phased buyout that gives Amanat complete control over the rehabilitation and post-acute care provider. By moving to 100 percent ownership, the company aims to streamline its decision-making process and aggressively accelerate the healthcare group's expansion efforts throughout the Gulf region.

The acquisition arrives on the heels of impressive financial performance from CHG, which reported a 27 percent revenue surge in the first quarter of 2026 alone. With a network currently spanning six facilities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, CHG is now poised to grow its capacity to over 1,000 beds. Amanat’s leadership views this as a vital step in their long-term healthcare strategy, noting that full ownership is expected to boost annual net profit by approximately Dh9 million, further cementing the group’s influence in the specialized care sector.
