BNW Developments Issues Warning Over Unauthorized Impersonators

Fri, Sep 11, 2026(1h ago)Business

Dubai-based real estate firm BNW Developments has issued a formal advisory to financial institutions, warning that unauthorized individuals are falsely claiming to represent the company. These imposters have been actively contacting banks and lenders both within the UAE and in international markets. The developer has clarified that no outside parties have been granted the authority to provide instructions, manage business dealings, or communicate on behalf of the organization.

The company is urging all banking partners and stakeholders to exercise extreme caution and verify the identity of anyone claiming to act in their name. BNW emphasized that any communications or transactions originating from these unauthorized sources should not be treated as official, and the firm will not be held liable for any commitments made by these individuals. To ensure security, the developer encourages partners to bypass intermediaries and confirm all dealings directly through their official, verified communication channels.
