Emirates has once again solidified its reputation as a global leader in aviation, securing the top spot for the world’s best inflight entertainment at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards. The Dubai-based carrier outshined major competitors like Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways thanks to its massive "ice" entertainment library, which boasts over 6,500 channels of movies, music, and live news. Beyond media content, the airline continues to modernize the passenger experience by rolling out high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, allowing travelers to stay connected for work or leisure while cruising at altitude.

The airline also performed exceptionally well in the family-friendly and premium travel categories, earning second place for both best family-friendly carrier and best premium economy class. These accolades highlight Emirates' commitment to a seamless travel experience, from priority boarding and tailored children’s meals to spacious seating options. Overall, Emirates secured sixth place in the prestigious World’s Top 20 Airlines ranking, maintaining its status as a top-tier global airline according to a survey that captured feedback from travelers across 100 different nationalities.
