Sun, Jun 14, 2026(1h ago)UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted fair weather across the UAE for Monday, June 15, though residents should prepare for a significant rise in heat. Temperatures are set to soar, with some interior regions like Gasyoura in Abu Dhabi expected to see highs reaching a blistering 48ºC. Meanwhile, those in Dubai and Abu Dhabi can anticipate peak temperatures around 43ºC, with overnight lows dipping to 30ºC and 29ºC, respectively.

As for the conditions at sea, the waters are projected to be slight to moderate, though the Arabian Gulf is expected to turn rough by late night. Winds will remain mostly light to moderate, originating from the southwesterly to northwesterly directions. While average speeds will hover between 10 and 25 kmph, residents should be aware that gusts could potentially reach up to 40 kmph in certain areas throughout the day.
