High-Achieving Emirati Students to Benefit from Dubai Police Esaad Card

Mon, Sep 14, 2026(44m ago)UAE

High-achieving Emirati students participating in the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme are set to receive a significant boost, as they will now be granted access to the Dubai Police Esaad Card. This new partnership, formalized through a memorandum of cooperation, is designed to support students both locally and internationally by providing exclusive discounts across various sectors, including healthcare, education, tourism, and entertainment. By extending these privileges, authorities aim to acknowledge the academic dedication of these students while easing the financial pressures often associated with university life, whether they are studying within the UAE or abroad.

This initiative aligns with the broader Education 33 (E33) Strategy and the Dubai Social Agenda 33, both of which emphasize investing in local talent to fuel national development. Every year, the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme selects 100 top-tier students to pursue degrees at prestigious institutions, backed by a substantial budget of Dh1.1 billion. By providing these tangible perks through the Esaad Card, the government is not only rewarding academic excellence but also empowering young Emiratis to fully immerse themselves in their studies and personal development as they prepare to contribute their skills to the future of the nation.
