The design of these residences is the result of a high-profile collaboration between Todd-Avery Lenahan of Wynn Design & Development and renowned studios Pinto and Anouska Hempel Design. The Paris Apartment, crafted by the Parisian studio Pinto, captures the eclectic soul of a global collector with its mix of custom furniture, auction-sourced treasures, and striking murals. In contrast, the Mayfair Apartment channels the timeless elegance of London’s high-end estates near Kensington Gardens, featuring rich green marble, lacquered wood, and luxurious gilded accents. Together, these unique spaces redefine grandeur in the UAE, providing an intimate, curated experience that stands apart from the typical resort stay.
