The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the exam schedule for the 2026-27 academic session, confirming that the Class 10 and 12 board examinations will kick off on February 16, 2027. According to the board’s notification, students are gearing up for a rigorous testing period, with Class 10 candidates sitting for 83 different subjects, while Class 12 students will be assessed across 121 subject areas.

By announcing these dates 101 days ahead of the starting line, the CBSE aims to provide students and faculty with ample time for structured preparation. This proactive approach ensures that the academic community has enough breathing room to finalize their study plans before the February Tuesday start date. Further details and subject-specific timetables are expected to be shared by the board in the coming days.
