Air India Express Boosts Connectivity Between Abu Dhabi and India
Air India Express is significantly bolstering its flight network from Abu Dhabi to meet the rising demand for travel between the UAE and India. The airline has recently inaugurated non-stop services to key Indian cities including Navi Mumbai, Lucknow, and Indore. Furthermore, travelers looking to visit India’s northeastern region will soon have more convenience, as the carrier is set to launch a new direct route to Guwahati on August 7.
These additions are set to strengthen the connection between the UAE capital and major urban centers across the subcontinent, further establishing Zayed International Airport as a vital hub for global travel. Ahmed Juma Al Shamisi, CEO of Abu Dhabi Airports, highlighted that this expansion aligns with the airport’s strategy to provide better connectivity for passengers. With these new flights, Air India Express continues to solidify its status as a leading operator in the West Asia-India corridor, offering extensive regional coverage that supports both business and tourism needs.
