DIP Holding’s IPO: A Milestone for Dubai’s 2026 Financial Market
DIP Holding, a key subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has officially kicked off its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market, marking the region's first major listing of 2026. By setting a price range of Dh1.10 to Dh1.15 per share, the company is targeting a valuation between Dh9.5 billion and Dh10 billion. Dubai Investments is offloading a 20 per cent stake, aiming to raise up to Dh2 billion. Investors—ranging from retail subscribers to professional entities and eligible employees—have until November 3 to participate, with the final share price set to be confirmed on November 4 ahead of an expected debut on the DFM on November 11.
The company is positioning itself as an attractive dividend play, projecting annual cash payouts that could reach an indicative yield of up to 7.6 per cent. Beyond the financial incentives, the firm leverages its ownership of Dubai Investments Park, a massive 23-million-square-metre mixed-use development, to provide steady, ground-rent-based income. With a robust structure overseen by joint global coordinators like Citigroup, HSBC, and Emirates NBD, the offering is Shariah-compliant and is designed to maintain Dubai Investments as the majority shareholder with an 80 per cent stake, ensuring continued stability for the platform as it moves into this new chapter of public ownership.
