Now in its fourth year, this campaign is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) and various public and private partners. These facilities are specifically designed to provide relief for workers during the midday work ban, which runs from June 15 to September 15, prohibiting outdoor labor under direct sunlight between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm.

Recognizing the unique nature of the delivery sector, where workers are constantly on the move, the initiative integrates technology to keep riders safe. Drivers can easily locate the nearest rest stop using interactive maps on their mobile devices, allowing them to seek shelter while managing their delivery schedules. Companies are coordinating closely with their staff to decide whether to continue operations or pause during these peak heat hours.
