Dubai Expat Hits Big Ticket Jackpot With Lucky Birthday Numbers

Tue, Jun 23, 2026(3h ago)UAE

Four lucky winners recently walked away with Dh25,000 each in the latest Big Ticket weekly e-draw. Among them was Vijay Menezes, a Dubai-based banking professional who credits his win to a long-standing ritual of incorporating family birth dates into his ticket numbers. For Vijay, selecting the number 12—his own birth date—proved to be a winning strategy. Other winners included Bangladeshi photographer Mohammed Nasim Jalal, who plans to invest his winnings, and 28-year-old Varun Bharadwaj, who intends to use the funds to settle debts. The youngest winner, 21-year-old MBA student Advaith Suresh Nair, was stunned to win on his very first attempt, noting that the prize came as a welcome surprise while he was busy with his university assignments.

The excitement surrounding the Big Ticket draw is set to escalate as the grand prize of Dh25 million approaches on July 3. Beyond the massive jackpot, the organization has lined up several other rewards, including five additional Dh1 million prizes and multiple weekly e-draws offering Dh25,000. Participants also have the chance to qualify for "The Big Spin" and compete for luxury vehicles, such as the BMW X6 and the Maserati Grecale. With various promotions running throughout the summer, the draw continues to be a life-changing platform for residents across the UAE.
