The UAE Ministry of Defence has officially announced that the 11th iteration of the Union Fortress military parade will take place this December in Liwa, located in the Al Dhafra Region. Held under the thematic banner, ‘An Impregnable Fortress, a Resilient Nation and a Determined People,’ the event is set to highlight the profound bond between the nation’s Armed Forces and its people. Supported by the country’s leadership and overseen by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the parade aims to demonstrate the military’s high level of combat readiness, professional discipline, and the sophisticated defensive capabilities the UAE has cultivated to safeguard its sovereignty.

Beyond the tactical demonstrations, Union Fortress 11 serves as a public celebration of national unity and resilience. The Ministry of Defence is coordinating with various government and private sector partners to ensure the event offers an engaging experience for the community. Visitors can look forward to a dedicated family entertainment village featuring interactive workshops, heritage performances, and live broadcasts of the parade. This gathering not only showcases the prowess of the nation’s defenders but also strengthens the collective spirit of pride and security that defines the United Arab Emirates’ ongoing development journey.
