The area has been designated as parking zone 591P. To help residents and frequent visitors manage these costs more effectively, the company is offering a variety of flexible subscription packages ranging from one month up to a full year, with prices starting at Dh672 for a monthly pass and reaching Dh4,999 for an annual commitment.

This expansion comes shortly after Parkin solidified its long-term presence in Dubai by renewing its decade-long contract with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. Under this agreement, the company continues to manage roughly 2,800 parking spaces in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), including specialized motorcycle bays. By integrating solar power infrastructure and streamlining digital payment options, Parkin aims to enhance the overall efficiency and convenience of parking operations for both businesses and residents across the city.
