Binghatti Holding Reports 64% Profit Surge Amid Dubai Property Boom
Dubai’s real estate powerhouse, Binghatti Holding, has delivered a stellar performance for the first half of the year, reporting a 64% jump in net profit to Dh3 billion. This impressive growth was fueled by a 50% rise in revenue, reaching Dh9.5 billion by the end of June. The developer’s momentum was supported by the successful launch of eight new projects and the delivery of approximately 1,700 residential units, including high-profile ventures like the Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City and the Tilal Binghatti villa development.
With a development backlog of Dh44.2 billion and a robust liquidity position of Dh10 billion, the company remains well-positioned for sustained future earnings. Beyond its operational success, Binghatti also captured significant investor interest, notably through a $500 million sukuk issuance that was oversubscribed 4.3 times. Leadership at the firm attributes this resilience to a strategic focus on delivery discipline and an evolving Dubai market, where demand is increasingly driven by long-term residents and end-users rather than speculative buying, providing a stable foundation for continued expansion.
