The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) recently revealed that it has penalized 42 domestic worker recruitment agencies during the first half of 2026. Over the course of these six months, authorities issued 135 separate fines to address a variety of legal and administrative infractions.
