In a significant move to boost medical accessibility, the Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) has unveiled "Waqf Tadawi," a new healthcare initiative valued at Dh6.5 million. Located in Al Satwa, this project is a strategic collaboration between Awqaf Dubai and Al Tadawi Healthcare Group. The initiative is built on a 2,515-square-foot plot and features a multi-use structure containing residential floors, retail shops, and essential service facilities. The revenue generated from this property will provide a sustainable financial stream to cover the medical costs of low-income patients, regardless of their nationality.

The project highlights Dubai’s commitment to fostering humanitarian work through long-term, sustainable investments. Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim and Essa Abdulla Al Ghurair emphasized that Waqf Tadawi reflects the deep-rooted values of compassion and social solidarity within Emirati society. By bridging the gap between charitable organizations and private healthcare providers, the initiative ensures that vulnerable individuals can access necessary medical treatments without the burden of overwhelming financial strain, ultimately preserving their dignity and well-being.
