UAE Extends Corporate Tax Relief for Small Businesses Through 2029

Fri, Aug 7, 2026(1h ago)Business

The UAE Ministry of Finance has officially extended its Small Business Relief program, allowing eligible entrepreneurs to benefit from simplified corporate tax procedures until the end of 2029. By issuing Ministerial Decision No. (131), the government aims to provide long-term stability for startups and small enterprises, ensuring they have the financial breathing room necessary to scale and succeed within the country’s competitive economic landscape.

This extension reinforces the UAE's dedication to maintaining a business-friendly environment that fosters sustainable growth and innovation. Under the existing framework, companies with an annual revenue of Dh3 million or less can continue to utilize these streamlined compliance measures for all tax periods leading up to December 31, 2029. By aligning these policies with international best practices, the UAE continues to solidify its reputation as a premier destination for global investors and local entrepreneurs alike.
