Emirates Integrates Jaywan Card Payments with Exclusive Travel Discounts
Starting September 16, 2026, Emirates passengers flying out of Dubai will have more flexibility at checkout thanks to a new partnership with Al Etihad Payments. The airline will now accept all varieties of the Jaywan card—including Royal Debit, Prestige Debit, and Prepaid versions—for flight bookings. This initiative is designed to provide travelers with a more secure and streamlined payment experience, whether they are finalizing their bookings in retail stores or utilizing the airline's digital platforms.
To mark the launch, Emirates is rolling out promotional discounts for customers who choose to pay with their Jaywan cards. These reduced fares are applicable across all cabin classes for both one-way and return tickets, valid for bookings made through August 31, 2027, with travel dates extending up to February 29, 2028. While these deals are currently accessible through Emirates retail outlets, the airline plans to integrate these payment options and benefits into their online booking systems shortly. This move aligns with Emirates' broader commitment to the UAE’s cashless transition, building on recent milestones such as the integration of Crypto.com Pay and the airline's support for the Dubai Cashless Strategy.
