Tecom Group Sees Profit Surge Driven by Strong Dubai Demand

Thu, Oct 29, 2026(3h ago)Finance

Tecom Group has posted impressive financial results for the first nine months of 2026, highlighted by an 11 percent increase in revenue to Dh2.35 billion. The company, which manages ten specialized business districts across Dubai, saw its recurring net profit climb 10 percent to reach Dh1.22 billion. This upward momentum is largely attributed to the group's massive 97 percent occupancy rate, proving that demand for high-quality commercial and industrial space in the emirate remains exceptionally robust.

The growth trend accelerated in the third quarter, with revenue jumping 12 percent year-on-year, bolstered significantly by a 35 percent spike in land lease income. CEO Abdulla Belhoul credited this success to the firm’s diversified portfolio and strategic focus on customer retention, which improved to 95 percent. As the company continues to expand its industrial footprint and capitalize on its Grade-A assets, Tecom remains well-positioned to maintain its strong cash flow and consistent growth trajectory in key business sectors.
