Dubai Holding Unveils Iconic Dh5 Billion Headquarters and Luxury Residences
Dubai Holding has officially embarked on its most ambitious construction project to date, awarding a Dh5 billion contract to the China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME). This massive development encompasses a cutting-edge corporate headquarters, slated for completion by 2029, and the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, which will feature 754 luxury branded units expected to welcome residents by 2030. The project was formalized during a high-profile signing ceremony attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, emphasizing the group's long-term commitment to fueling Dubai’s economic growth and reinforcing its status as a premier global business hub.
Designed by the renowned firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the new headquarters is set to become an architectural landmark defined by a striking circular form. The structure prioritizes sustainability, employee wellbeing, and innovative technology, featuring a central open-air atrium and landscaped terraces meant to foster a collaborative work environment. Complementing this, the Jumeirah Residences—a flagship development by Meraas—will merge modern design with the premium hospitality services characteristic of the Jumeirah brand. By integrating these high-quality residential and commercial assets, Dubai Holding aims to set a new benchmark for urban living and corporate excellence in the heart of the city.
