Indian Tourists Can Now Pay for Burj Khalifa Tickets Using UPI

Thu, Jul 30, 2026(1h ago)UAE

Indian travellers heading to Dubai can now enjoy a more seamless booking experience for one of the city's most famous landmarks, the Burj Khalifa. Through a strategic partnership between Neopay, Emaar Entertainment, and NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL), "At the Top" has become the first tourist attraction in the region to integrate UPI for online ticket purchases. This development allows visitors from India to book their excursions directly through the website using their preferred payment method before they even land in the UAE, eliminating the hassle of currency conversion or international card issues.

This move marks a significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration between India and the UAE to simplify cross-border digital transactions. By bringing India’s widely trusted payment interface to such a prominent global destination, both the tourism and retail sectors are catering to the growing demographic of digitally savvy Indian travelers. Leadership from NIPL and Emaar Entertainment highlighted that this initiative is part of a larger commitment to providing intuitive, customer-centric services that make international travel feel more local and convenient for Indian guests.
