Sharjah Gears Up for Grand 55th Eid Al Etihad Celebrations
The Emirate of Sharjah is preparing for an extensive schedule of festivities to honor the 55th Eid Al Etihad. During a recent Sharjah Executive Council meeting led by Crown Prince Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, officials unveiled a comprehensive plan running from November 19 to December 3. These celebrations are designed to foster national pride, showcase the region's rich cultural heritage, and strengthen the bonds within the Emirati community through a series of inclusive, family-friendly events.
Beyond traditional performances, the program emphasizes community participation by offering a platform for small business owners and local artisans to feature their work. The celebrations will incorporate a distinct visual identity inspired by Sharjah’s iconic landmarks, blending history with modern aspirations. Through a mix of interactive heritage activities, musical evenings, and educational experiences, the emirate aims to connect younger generations with the nation’s history, ensuring that the values of the Union continue to resonate deeply across all segments of society.
