UAE Weather Forecast: Temperatures Dip Amid Dusty Conditions

Mon, Jun 15, 2026(2h ago)UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted generally fair conditions for Tuesday, June 16, though residents should prepare for periods of dust throughout the day. A noticeable drop in temperatures is expected across the country, accompanied by the emergence of low-lying clouds, particularly over the northern regions.

Winds are predicted to blow at light to moderate speeds, ranging from 10 to 25 km/hr, but may reach gusts of up to 40 km/hr, which will likely stir up dust in some areas. Meanwhile, maritime conditions in the Oman Sea will remain slight, while the Arabian Gulf is expected to experience slight to moderate waves, turning rough at times toward the west. In major urban centers, thermometers are set to peak at 38ºC in Dubai, 39ºC in Abu Dhabi, and 41ºC in Sharjah, with overnight lows dipping into the high 20s.
