DIP Holding IPO Set at Dh1.12 Per Share, Targeting Dh1.9 Billion
DIP Holding has officially set the final offer price for its initial public offering at Dh1.12 per share, marking a significant milestone as the UAE’s first IPO of the year. Following a robust bookbuilding process that concluded on November 3, the offering saw massive interest from a global pool of investors, resulting in the subscription being significantly oversubscribed. With this pricing, the company is set to reach a market capitalization of Dh9.7 billion upon its debut on the Dubai Financial Market, with a total offering size of Dh1.9 billion.
The shares on offer consist of existing holdings from Dubai Investments, which will continue to maintain an 80 percent stake in the firm once the IPO is finalized. Khalid Jassim Bin Kalban, Chairman of DIP Holding, highlighted that the strong market reception validates the company's stable, infrastructure-focused business model. To further entice shareholders, the company has announced a clear dividend strategy, projecting semi-annual payouts that scale from Dh700 million in 2026 to Dh750 million by 2028, offering investors both growth potential and consistent recurring income.
