Air India Express Restores Full Gulf Network Ahead of Summer Travel
Air India Express has officially restored its complete flight network across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, just in time for the busy summer holiday season. By resuming critical routes to Kuwait and Salalah, the airline has successfully re-established its full connectivity between India and West Asia. This expansion is particularly beneficial for passengers traveling from Karnataka and Kerala, providing them with more seamless options as they head out for their summer getaways.
To support this return to full capacity, the carrier is also ramping up flight frequencies across several key routes. For example, services between Kozhikode and both Salalah and Kuwait have been reinstated, alongside new flight paths connecting Bengaluru to Kuwait and Mangaluru to Muscat. With these additions, Air India Express now serves 13 destinations throughout Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, operating approximately 780 weekly flights that bridge 18 Indian cities with the Gulf.
