UAE Forecast: Sunny Skies and Breezy Conditions Expected Tuesday

Mon, May 18, 2026(50d ago)UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted a bright and sunny Tuesday across the UAE, with pleasant conditions expected to last throughout most of the day. While the morning will be relatively calm, residents should prepare for breezy weather by the afternoon. This shift is being driven by a combination of atmospheric factors, including a weak surface low-pressure system arriving from the east and a high-pressure system moving in from the west.

Temperatures are expected to remain quite high, with Accuweather predicting a RealFeel of around 36°C, though shaded areas should offer some relief at approximately 33°C. With a very high UV index of 12, it is advised to take precautions if spending time outdoors. Additionally, wind speeds could climb to 40 km/h in certain regions, potentially causing dust to blow and reducing visibility. Those planning to head to the coast should note that while the Oman Sea remains relatively calm, conditions in the Arabian Gulf are expected to be rough.
