RAK Properties Sets Sights on Record Deliveries Amid Shifting Market Dynamics
RAK Properties is gearing up for a milestone year, aiming to complete and hand over more than 1,400 homes by the end of 2026. Despite facing a temporary dip in sales volume due to regional uncertainties and a strategic adjustment to its project launch schedule, the developer posted a solid financial performance for the first nine months of the year, reporting a net profit of Dh111.37 million on revenue of Dh809.72 million. With a robust sales backlog of Dh3.18 billion, the firm remains confident, noting that while sales volume has softened, the average price per unit has climbed to Dh1.83 million, signaling a resilient market position.
Looking ahead, the company is doubling down on growth by expanding its international footprint and capitalizing on the anticipated surge in tourism interest driven by the upcoming Wynn resort in Ras Al Khaimah. CEO Sameh Muhtadi highlighted that the aggressive handover schedule represents a record-breaking year for the developer, providing a clear path to transition into a new phase of projects. With a massive pipeline of over 5,000 homes in various development stages and a substantial land bank ready for future expansion, RAK Properties is well-positioned to balance immediate project completions with long-term strategic launches, including upcoming high-end branded residences.
